Function Meets Finish A zipper hoodie is only as good as its hardware. We integrate premium zippers (YKK/SBS compliant) with pre-shrunk fleece to ensure the fabric does not shrink away from the zipper tape. Our stitching process includes specialized fusing on the center-front placket to keep the zipper straight and flat for the garment’s lifetime.

- Stabilized Placket: Interlining fused along the zipper path to prevent puckering or waving.
- Split Kangaroo Pocket: Reinforced bar-tacks at pocket openings to prevent tearing during heavy use.
